This page describes the methods for managing the use of the "APP FASSI COMMUNITY" website https://www.fassi.com/privacy-policy-app-fassi-community with reference to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The information does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through our links, for which Fassi Gru S.p.A. (hereinafter also only "Fassi Gru" or "Owner") is in no way responsible.

The Application offers users who are employees of Fassi Gru S.p.A., Omefa S.p.A., Carmo S.r.l., Ciesse S.r.l., Fsssi Hoiding S.r.l.,OMB S.r.l., Ocima S.r.l. and TSM Sensor S.r.l, the possibility to be informed by their companies, HR department, trade union representatives and to access utility areas with personal advertisements for buying and selling and reporting on local venues and events related to the area (hereinafter referred to as "Services").  All data will be saved (encrypted) in the cloud platform and will not be accessible by unauthorised users. Furthermore, the data collected will not be used for commercial or advertising purposes, or sold to third parties.

This Privacy Policy is intended to help inform users who use these Services about data protection and privacy, including what data is collected, why it is collected and what it is used for, as well as the individual rights of users/visitors.

The application uses the personal data collected or processed by the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the 'App'), as well as the data collected by the 'wearable device' combined with the App.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

To use this Application, you must register by providing your contact details (First Name, Last Name, e-mail, Company).

The data collected through this Application are processed in order to carry out the performance of using the Services, therefore, the legal basis is the fulfilment of contractual and/or pre-contractual obligations as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations.

 

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site. Browsing data will be stored for 7 days, except for the time required to satisfy requests received from the Judicial Authorities for purposes of defence and/or state security and/or prevention, detection or suppression of offences or to satisfy requests received from the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Cookies: the data collected through cookies can be used to access parts of the site or for statistical purposes or to make the browsing experience more pleasant and more efficient in the future, by trying to assess user behaviour and to modify the proposed content offer according to user behaviour. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

The provision of data is necessary in order to be able to access the Services and failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Controller to provide the service.

 

MODE OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed mainly by automated means and will be stored in such a way as to reduce to a minimum, through the adoption of appropriate and preventive security measures, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data themselves, of unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes of collection.

 

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

The personal data collected may be processed within the organisation of the data controller by authorised and trained persons.The data may be communicated to third party companies that support the Data Controller for the purposes mentioned above, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulations (subjects in charge of managing the site, technological and instrumental partners that the Data Controller uses to provide the services requested by users); as well as to subjects whose right to access the data is recognised by provisions of law and/or secondary regulations.  The Data Controller may make use of suppliers or sub-suppliers that do not reside in the European Union; in this regard, it is guaranteed that the transfer may only take place to subjects that guarantee an adequate level of data processing protection and/or to countries for which the competent Authorities have issued an adequacy decision, as well as to subjects that have provided suitable guarantees for data processing through adequate regulatory/contractual instruments such as, for example, the signing of standard contractual clauses. STORAGE TIMES

Personal data are processed using manual and automated tools, in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation. The data will only be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected (use of this Application and the services connected to it), unless otherwise required by law. Afterwards, personal data will be deleted.

 

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The data collected are not transferred to third countries outside the European Community.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Data subjects have the right to exercise their rights vis-à-vis the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15 and 22 of EU Regulation 679/16, in particular to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not data relating to them is being processed, to request access to the data, to update, rectify, erase or to request the restriction of the processing of personal data or to express opposition to the processing, to request portability.These articles also provide for the data subject's right to lodge a complaint with a European Supervisory Authority or to seek judicial redress pursuant to Article 77 GDPR.

At the end of the retention period, personal data will be destroyed or deleted. Therefore, at the expiry of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

This application uses the following types of cookies: 

TECHNICAL COOKIES

Technical cookies are used for the sole purpose of "...the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such a service". They are not used for any further purposes and are normally installed directly by the site owner or operator.
