Fassi receives recognition for its development of the Next View Glasses interactive virtual technical assistance system, in collaboration with Brochesia
Fassi's NVG (Next View Glasses) system is based on the use of Si-Oled augmented reality glasses, optimised by the company Brochesia via App.
Through the device worn by the operator in the field, the technicians at the company's headquarters can see the fault on the crane and the required troubleshooting in real-time. They can communicate with the service operator who is intervening remotely, and discuss the solution and the procedures to be followed.
The NVG system is also a useful tool for training: through a guided experience, they can learn new solutions and service procedures. NVG reduces the need for on-site technical support and therefore travel, provides significant time savings for both operators and customers and simultaneously facilitates a significant reduction in CO² emissions and environmental impact.
