The new facility in Leamington Spa (Warwickshire) Fassi UK Ltd houses a larger spare parts warehouse, where racking and drawer systems have been introduced for optimum efficiency.
The new site also contains the offices of the product support team and the sales division. Together these teams can coordinate and manage the entire UK network of authorised Fassi dealers, fitters and service partners and help them assist customers in a competent and punctual manner. The new office layout has been designed to facilitate communication and teamwork between all departments and members of staff. The new spare parts warehouse benefits from having its own management system that ensures UK-wide delivery within 24-48 hours of order to meet the most urgent requirements and, above all, reduce service costs.
