The presentation of the new Fassi FX-Link system developed in collaboration with Volvo Trucks
Albino (Italy) - On the morning of Monday 3rd December, thanks to the collaboration with Volvo Trucks Italia, a meeting took place at the headquarters of the company Fassi Gru S.p.A., with all the Italian press in the lifting and transport sector, with some important Spanish journalists and the director of Cranes Today.
During the morning, speeches were given by the Managing Director of the Albino company, Giovanni Fassi, the service director of Volvo Trucks Italia, Devis Colombo, the product & homologation support manager of Volvo Trucks Italia, Marina Rozzoni, the Volvo Trucks Italia bodybuilding specialist, Luca Cantarelli, and the R&D technical director of Fassi Gru S.p.A., Rossano Ceresoli. In the afternoon at the Fassi prototype and testing area, Roberto Signori, assisted by Volvo Trucks Italia's Field Service Engineer, Adriano Battistini, first showed the important activity linked to prototype testing and fatigue tests. They then demonstrated the new FX-Link system to the journalists present, presenting the main features of this innovative integrated crane-truck control system on the crane's remote control and through the truck's dashboard.
