The Fassi F455RA.2.26 e-dynamic crane: winning awards with Autotrasporti Pasqual Mario
Piacenza (Italy) – In June of this year, Fassi’s customer Autotrasporti Pasqual Mario undertook a job that would go on to win an award at the GIS Expo at Piacenza - the award for the lift of the year in the truck-mounted crane category at the prestigious ILTA awards. The special transport company used a Fassi F455RA.2.26 e-dynamic crane to handle approximately 100 machines weighing 10 – 11 tons each over the course of three weeks inside a pavilion at the Bergamo fair.
The crane, which has a lifting capacity of 41.18 t/m and a maximum horizontal reach of 16.75 metres, placed part of the machinery and part was placed with electric trolleys placed under the machinery. The timing of this intervention and the number of industrial machines to be moved required an extraordinary ongoing commitment where the reliability of the equipment used was critical. In this case, Autotrasporti Pasqual Mario was chosen because it was able to guarantee a service with certain execution times, with equipment used for innovative and reliable handling and, above all, because of the capability of its operators to adapt to any work situation.
