Fassi dealer Kearns & Murtagh installs a Fassi F85B.0.21 active loader crane for an animal feeds supplier in Northern Ireland
Newry (Northern Ireland) – Fassi dealer Kearns & Murtagh Commercials Ltd has recently installed a Fassi F85B.0.21 active hydraulic crane for Mackin's Animal Feeds & Hardware Supplies, a company that specialises in the supply and distribution of animal feeds, agricultural and garden products, coal and hardware.
The company’s new acquisition was mounted behind the cabin of a Volvo FE 250 truck with a large built-on trailer and went into service at the end of 2017. The crane is a vital piece of equipment in Mackin’s line of business, as it is instrumental during the delivery process, in which it is used to lift heavy, industrial-sized bags of feed and other goods. It has an excellent lifting capacity of 8.56 tm and a hydraulic reach of 5.7 m.
