The system is most efficient with the hydraulic extension, making difficult operations easier and guaranteeing full control of movement at every stage. The load attached to the winch can be moved horizontally, maintaining a constant height via a single command; or it can also be moved maintaining a constant incline in relation to the ground or to another reference point.
The AWC system also measures lengths, heights and depths, based on its ability to measure the quantity of unwound cable.
