A light-duty Fassi loader crane stars in British soap opera Emmerdale


Leeds (UK) – On 19th June, a light-duty Fassi loader crane appeared in an episode of the immensely popular British television soap opera Emmerdale, which aired on the ITV channel. The drama is set in the Yorkshire Dales and filmed at ITV Yorkshire studios in Leeds. The story focuses on the lives of the families who live in the fictional village of Emmerdale. It is the second-longest-running soap opera in the UK and attracts an average of 5 – 7 million viewers per episode.

The Fassi crane was featured in a storyline about two characters getting revenge on a third, by crushing his taxi at a scrapyard. The crane was seen lifting the cube of crushed steel that was once a car.
