This year Fassi Gru is present as Official Partner to the riders from the SKY Racing Team VR46 taking part in the Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships
A focus on people, passion and a desire to succeed are the characteristics that Fassi Gru shares with the SKY Racing Team VR46, a team that gathers together the best talents from the VR46 Riders Academy, created and managed by the champion of Tavullia. This is why the Bergamo-based company has decided to take on the role of the team’s Official Partner for this season of the World Championships, supporting the riders Luca Marini and Marco Bezzecchi in Moto 2, and Celestino Vietti and Andrea Migno in Moto 3, who will all be displaying the Fassi Gru logo on the cowl tails of their bikes.
The team immediately had the opportunity to get themselves noticed after the first race of the season in Qatar, particularly in Moto2. In the two “post-COVID” races on the Spanish racetrack in Jerez de la Frontera, Luca Marini came in first place in the first and second in the second race, with his teammate Bezzecchi alongside him taking third place on the podium. These efforts placed Marini in third place in the world rankings, just 5 points behind the leader.
In Moto3, the two riders from the SKY Racing Team VR46 are also performing well, placing just behind the leaders. Migno and Vietti finished in fourth and fifth place in the first race (just chasing the podium), and Vietti took third place on the podium in the second race.
