The new F2350RL-XHP Techno: The most powerful Fassi crane ever

With the F2350RL-HXP TECHNO, Fassi redefines the future of lifting. This is the most powerful crane the company has ever made, and the first crane in the world with 18 hydraulic extensions. A perfect combination of power, precision and technology that exceeds all expectations.

The F2350RL-HXP TECHNO has been created to satisfy the demands of a constantly evolving sector. Designed to be installed on vehicles with a maximum overall weight of 40 tons, it is less than 10 metres in length, thus combining agile operation with extraordinary performance. The innerboom, which is a metre longer than on its predecessor, the F2150RL, allows new heights to be reached in terms of outreach and lifting capacity thanks to the use of the new L956L, L957L and L958L hydraulic jibs.

However, what makes this crane truly revolutionary is the innovative technology that renders the F2350RL-HXP TECHNO a masterpiece of engineering. The X-Design decagonal section of the boom and extensions, combined with the FX990 electronic system, guarantees optimal distribution of stress and dynamic motion management. The F2350RL-HXP TECHNO is also the first crane in the range to extend X-Design technology to the hydraulic jib, taking full advantage of the potential of an innovative design.

The FSC TECHNO stability control system allows the stability of the crane to be adapted to a range of operating conditions. This crane marks not only an evolution of the TECHNO range, but also a true revolution: one that is destined to shape the future of lifting.

Customisable base: a made-to-measure solution

The base of the F2350RL-HXP TECHNO is available in three versions (SB, MB and LB), and offers full personalisation, allowing it to be adapted to any vehicle setup. With six stabilisers, two of which can be extended rearwards, it guarantees excellent stability even in the most challenging operating conditions.

X-Design decagonal section

The F2350RL-HXP TECHNO adopts the revolutionary X-Design decagonal section, an innovation that optimises the distribution of stress between the guide and the crossbeam, reducing the overall weight of the crane without compromising structural strength. This configuration guarantees superior load capacity, above all in vertical configurations, and improves the operating efficiency of the crane. For the first time in the range, X-Design technology has also been applied to the hydraulic jib, thus allowing the full potential of the innerboom and the extensions to be used, improving flexibility and efficiency in the most complex operations.

XF System: optimised hydraulic performance

The XF hydraulic system renders crane movement more fluid, precise and rapid, thanks to the adoption of the multi-purpose proportional Danfoss distributor. The main advantages for the operator include more fluid and progressive arm movement, increased sensitivity in control and a reduction in oil overheating. The result is safer and more efficient operational management and a consequential improvement in crane performance and durability.

Remote-controlled stabilisers

The F2350RL-HXP TECHNO is equipped with remote-controlled stabilisers, which allow the operator to control extension and position directly from the radio controller, without the need to intervene manually. Not only does this solution render stabilisation operations easier, but also increases safety, allowing more precise and rapid stabiliser management in all operating conditions.

FSC TECHNO system: safe and flexible operations

With the FSC TECHNO stability system, the operator can choose whether to use a proportional system, based on how far the stabilisers are extended, or to activate the inclinometer, on the basis of necessity and working conditions. This flexibility means that operating safety is always kept to a maximum, while optimising crane performance in every situation.

New firmware: digital innovation for total control

The new firmware for the Fassi F250RL-HXP TECHNO revolutionises crane management, offering advanced functions for improved precision and efficiency. With the Internet of Cranes® (IoC) system, the crane is constantly connected, guaranteeing constant support that reduces maintenance times and costs.

The IoC portal, accessible to operators, dealerships and technicians, brings together functions such as telemetry, fleet management and malfunction detection in a single platform. With just a few clicks, it offers an overview of the status of the machines, allowing rapid intervention and thus improving operational efficiency.

Furthermore, the system dynamically calculates working hours remaining before the next service based on actual crane use. This allows machine downtime to be programmed with precision, optimising available time and guaranteeing constant and uninterrupted operation.

The JDPX and XP systems guarantee surplus lifting power with the hydraulic jib, automatically and constantly managing increases in power.

Hydraulic jib: maximum extension and operational flexibility

The L958L jib stands out for its 17.2-m hydraulic extension and maximum lifting capacity of 10,000 kg, allowing extraordinarily extended lifting operations without compromising stability or precision. Combined with X-Design technology, it offers elevated performance even under the most challenging working conditions.

Winch and pulley system: innovation and power

The F2350RL-HXP TECHNO takes lifting to the next level with the addition of a high-power hydraulic winch fitted under the outerboom. This system offers extraordinary operational versatility, thanks to:

  • 120-m cable as standard, complete with torque limiter and limit sensor for total control.
  • dual- and triple-cable applications, to handle the most complex operations in an efficient and safe manner.

With the L95L jib, the permanent pulleys ensure the precise passage of the cables along the length of the boom unit and remain fitted even when the crane is at rest. This reduces crane setup times and optimises lifting operations.
