Two second-place wins in the Women's Alpine Downhill Skiing competitions inspire hope for the next World Championships
Garmisch (Germany) - On 26th and 27th January, Sofia Goggia’s (the athlete that Fassi has sponsored since the beginning of the year) return to racing after her injury at the beginning of the season has already produced two excellent results, respectively in the Women's Super G and Downhill in the last races to be held in Germany in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the alpine resort located in the German Alps to the south of Munich.
Notably, the famous Kandahar track where the downhill race took place on Sunday is, from a technical point of view, one of the most challenging of those faced in the fastest discipline of all in the Women's World Cup circuit.
